How do we support our Africa customer
The African tour began with the participation of our sales representatives and the head of after-sales service in the Africa Health exhibition held in Cape Town, South Africa (from September 2, 2025 to September 9, 2025). This exhibition was very fruitful for us. Especially, many local suppliers from Africa expressed a strong desire to establish cooperation with us after learning about our products. We are very pleased that we could start this journey on such a good note.
Bridging Expertise Gaps in Cape Town
Our journey began in Cape Town, where local medical facilities expressed urgent needs for in-depth training on dialysis equipment operation and maintenance. For kidney dialysis procedures, the quality of water is non-negotiable—and that’s where our Water Treatment System takes center stage.During the training, our specialists demonstrated how the system removes impurities, bacteria, and harmful minerals from raw water, ensuring it meets the strictest international standards for dialysis. Participants learned to monitor water purity levels, troubleshoot common issues, and perform routine maintenance—skills critical to preventing equipment malfunctions and safeguarding patient safety.
Alongside the Water Treatment System, our team also focused on the Kidney Dialysis Machine, a cornerstone of end-stage renal disease treatment. We walked clients through every step of the machine’s operation: from patient setup and parameter adjustment to real-time monitoring of dialysis sessions. Our after-sales experts shared practical tips on extending the machine’s lifespan, such as regular filter replacement and calibration, which directly addresses the challenge of long-term equipment sustainability in resource-limited settings. “This training has given us the confidence to use the Kidney Dialysis Machine and Water Treatment System independently,” said one local nurse. “We no longer have to wait for external support when issues arise.”
Empowering Healthcare in Tanzania
From Cape Town, our team moved to Tanzania, where the demand for accessible dialysis care is growing rapidly. Here, we tailored our training to the unique needs of rural and urban medical centers alike. For facilities with inconsistent water supplies, our Water Treatment System’s adaptability became a key highlight—we showed clients how the system works with different water sources, from municipal pipelines to well water, without compromising quality. This flexibility is a game-changer for Tanzanian clinics, as it eliminates the risk of dialysis disruptions due to water quality fluctuations.
When it came to the Kidney Dialysis Machine, our specialists emphasized user-friendly features designed to simplify complex operations. We conducted role-playing exercises where participants simulated real patient scenarios, from adjusting dialysis duration to responding to alarm signals. “The Kidney Dialysis Machine is advanced, but the training made it easy to understand,” noted a clinic manager. “Now we can serve more patients without worrying about operational errors.”
Beyond technical training, our team also listened to clients’ long-term needs. Many African facilities face challenges like limited spare parts and inconsistent power supply—issues we addressed by sharing best practices for equipment storage and backup plans. For example, we recommended pairing the Water Treatment System with a portable backup unit to ensure uninterrupted water purification during power outages, a common concern in both South Africa and Tanzania.
A Commitment to Global Kidney Care
This African training mission is more than just a business initiative for us Chengdu Wesley—it’s a reflection of our dedication to improving global kidney care. The Water Treatment System and Kidney Dialysis Machine are not just products; they are tools that empower healthcare providers to save lives. By sending our most experienced team members to share knowledge, we’re helping build self-sufficient dialysis programs that can thrive long after our training ends.
As we wrap up this journey, we’re already looking ahead to future collaborations. Whether it’s in Africa or other regions, We will continue to leverage our expertise in Water Treatment System and Kidney Dialysis Machine to support healthcare teams worldwide. Because every patient deserves access to safe, reliable dialysis care—and every healthcare provider deserves the skills to deliver it.
